THE CLASS...
We all have different body structures, different strengths and flexibilities... therefore, we should start recognizing our "outer space" first to then start the changes and improvements within ourselves!
Correct body alignment allows the body to develop harmoniously in an anatomically correct way so that the student suffers no injury or pain when practicing correctly.
And that is exactly when this new approach starts...
From now on, when practicing this "movement awareness" class, we will be able to notice the body in a different manner, listening to its questions and statements by a stiffness, an hyperextension, a pain which are all linked to our Emotional Universe.
The transition from Organica Yoga to Organica Movement is coming at a very good time… a time to embrace changes!
