Yamas & Niyamas
These are the first two limbs of Ashtanga Yoga and are foundational to all yogic thoughts. They are guidelines or ethical disciplines. Yamas stands for restraints and include nonviolence, truthfulness, nonstealing, nonexcess, nonpossessiveness. Niyamas stands for observances and include purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study, surrender. The ideal session if you want to practice these two limbs:
Reiki & Chakra healing
Philosophy talks
Private Yoga
Ashtanga, Vinyasa
According to Patanjali the third limb of Ashtanga Yoga is 'Asana' which means a steady and comfortable position of the body. It is meant to connect the mind and spirit to experience stillness and infinity. Any type of Yoga (Asana) practice is considered in this third limb. We consider here the more dynamic forms of Yoga such as Ashtanga or Vinyasa. You can find the services here:
Ashtanga
Vinyasa
Private Yoga
Pranayama
This is the fourth limb of Ashtanga yoga. Pranayama (breathwork) is defined as breath control. Breathing practice not only cleans the nadis (psychic energy channels) so that Kundalini (spiritual) energy can rise within your body but also brings many physiological benefits such as treating respiratory issues such as asthma or bronchitis and can treat psychological issues such as stress or anxiety as well. Given that some breathing exercises are meant to practice sense withdrawal (pratyahara) at the same time, we include here the 5th limb of yoga too.
Do you find it challenging to keep up with a consistent meditation practice ? Then Pranayama is the first step to sucess.
The ideal sessions for you to book are:

Soundbath, Yin, Nidra
(Yoga Healing)
The sixth limb of Yoga is called Dharana and is translated to Concentration. This means that you focus your mind on one single point where you will still feel some kind of distraction once in a while and your mind will wander. If you practice concentration long enough you end up in a meditative state: one pointedness without any distractions. If you want to practice this step then I would recommend you one of the following services:
Breathwork and Meditation
Soundbath / Sound Healing
Yin Yoga
Yoga Nidra
Reiki Healing
Meditation
This is the seventh limb of Ashtanga Yoga and is the last step that you can actually actively practice. When you find yourself long enough in a meditative state you will reach the last limb of Yoga: Samadhi, the ultimate feeling of bliss and liberation: a very calm and peaceful energy surrounding your whole body that can last for few moments or a whole lifetime. In order to practice this all the steps mentioned before are recommended and ultimately:
