Ayurvedic Massage Therapy serves not only to relieve pain but is a preventive medicine increasing circulation, stimulating and strengthening the lymphatic system, and opening the flow of life force in order to cleanse and revitalize the body. Ayurvedic Massage not only focuses on the physical body but even more important on the energetic body, where blockages in Chakra regions are removed. After the Ayurvedic massage part which takes approximately 30 minutes, some Reiki in combination with Sound Healing will be offered. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch and further removes blockages that are accumulated in different Chakra regions. Reiki healing performed after the massage can have very powerful healing effects as the body has been just unblocked and cleansed. The combination with singing bowls makes this session complete, as singing bowls are known for their healing power with which vibrations can go deep into the cell level of the physical and energetic body. Please notice that I am not offering solely Massage sessions. My sessions are meant for people that look for spiritual development. This is a one on one session. The microdosing is optional. Depening on your own experience you will get a very minor dosis (0.15g max) of the Magic Mushroom called ' Golden Teacher' . This promotes even more relaxation and calmness and can create important insights during the treatment. Also available on Classpass!
