Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation @ Zoom
A vinyasa flow class, once a week during the weekend.

This class will focus each time on a different part of the physical body. The stretches and strengthening poses will bring your body back into alignment and will calm your mind. After the asana practice (which will take like 1 hour) we will continue with a short breathing exercise followed by a guided meditation (15 minutes).
