Service Description
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Also sound from a crystal bowl will be used to induce the relaxation. During the Chakra Healing we will talk about the chakras and identify any blockages that you might experience in your chakra system.
