Opposed to traditional psychotherapy as a holistic therapist I look at you as a whole: I take all layers of existence into consideration during our therapy sessions: from any physical symptoms/pain to emotional discomfort, stubborn and hindering belief patterns, energetic imbalances and spiritual questions the sessions are meant to heal your whole being so that you are able to reconnect back to your essence. The essence of who you really are is Love. However due to inherited traumas and a materialistic society we have lost connection to this essence, the source. Learn how to reconnect to the source so that you can lead a more joyful life.
