Service Description

Note: If the mentioned timeslots do not suit you, please contact me for arranging a seperate session. The metal sound bowls are placed on or held directly over the body. The therapist creates a sound by tapping the metal bowls with a dapper or a wooden stick along the edge of the bowl. The Singing bowls cause a vibration, which spreads from the bottom of the bowl over the entire body. The human body consists mainly of water, which moves through the sound waves caused by the sound bowls. This effect is said to work like an internal massage of the body’s cells by loosening any internal tension or blockages. Also certain tones produced by the sound bowls can be categorised into different Chakras, which has a positive influence. If there are any disturbances in the Chakras, they will be harmonised and positively influenced. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch and further removes blockages that are accumulated in different Chakra regions. Reiki healing performed after the massage can have very powerful healing effects as the body has been just unblocked and cleansed. The combination with singing bowls makes this session complete, as singing bowls are known for their healing power with which vibrations can go deep into the cell level of the physical and energetic body.
