Join us for a deeply restorative and introspective journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner self and release what no longer serves you.
In this gentle ceremony, we’ll be working with Golden Teacher microdoses, inviting subtle awareness and clarity into areas of life where old emotions or experiences may still be holding us back from living fully.
Through a harmonious blend of Reiki, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Visualization, and Yoga Nidra, you’ll be guided into deep states of relaxation and inner exploration. These practices support the integration of insights that arise, opening space for emotional release, clarity, and peace.
This is an evening for self-inquiry, softness, and expansion — a few hours dedicated entirely to your own healing and growth.
