A Holistic Healing Session is an intuitive, personalized experience designed to support emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Using energy healing techniques such as Reiki, Sound Healing, and Chakra Balancing, alongside body-focused therapies like Holosomatic Bodywork, Bioenergetic Release, Regression Therapy, and Family Constellations, we address the areas where you feel stuck or blocked.

Clients often notice relief from stress, anxiety, emotional tension, past trauma, family or relational patterns, and physical discomfort. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and intentions, helping you release energetic and emotional blockages, restore balance, and reconnect with your natural vitality and clarity.

Body & Energy Work​

Energy healing is based on the idea that our bodies have energy flowing through them, and healing comes from balancing this flow. Techniques like Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Crystal Healing, and Sound Healing help restore this balance.

Our bodies store memories, emotions, and experiences, which can manifest as symptoms like depression, anger, or panic attacks. This creates stress in the autonomic nervous system (ANS), keeping us in a fight or flight state. Body therapy, using breathwork, helps release these tensions and rebalance the ANS.

I also offer sessions combined with Microdosing (optional).
