Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Thai Deep Tissue and Accupressure Therapy to restore the balance and flow of energy throughout the body, mind, and soul

In our fast-paced world, finding moments of stillness and restoration is essential for overall well-being. Ancient healing traditions offer a way to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms, promoting deep relaxation and balance.

Whether you seek stress relief, energetic harmony, or relief from physical tension, my treatments provide a holistic approach to well-being. I offer Ayurvedic therapies like Abhyanga and Marma Therapy Massage, alongside Thai healing techniques such as Thai Yoga Massage (Nuad Bo Rarn), Thai Deep Tissue, Foot Reflexology, and Thai Acupressure Therapies (Wat Po). Each session is designed to release tension, restore energy flow, and support your body’s natural vitality.

Explore the sessions below and discover what resonates with you.

Ayurvedic (Abhyanga) Massage

Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage & Marma Therapy is an ancient healing practice that nurtures both the physical and energetic body. This warm oil massage works along the nadis (energy channels) to release blockages, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation. By stimulating key Marma points, it enhances vitality and supports overall well-being.

To deepen the therapeutic effects, I integrate Sound Healing and Reiki, creating a holistic experience that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. For those seeking a deeper journey, an optional microdose of the Golden Teacher Mushroom can be included to further amplify the transformative power of this ancient treatment.

Traditional Thai Yoga Massage

Traditional Thai Yoga Massage (Nuad Bo Rarn) blends rhythmic pressure, acupressure, and assisted stretching to release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore balance. By working along the body's energy lines, it helps alleviate sciatic pain, back pain, headaches, and stiffness while promoting deep relaxation and overall well-being. Sessions take place on a floor mat, with the client fully clothed.

I also offer Thai Foot Reflexology, Thai Deep Tissue Massage, and Wat Po Thai Massage—an ancient healing method combining deep acupressure with assisted stretches to improve circulation, relieve pain, and restore energy flow along the Sen (energy) lines.
