About the Event

In this workshop you will learn more about how Yoga can help you physically. Think here about what happens in your body while you are moving through the different yoga postures, but also how you can avoid injuries, or how Yoga can help you to recover from injuries. Moreover, the effect of Yoga postures on aging will be discussed. Next to this, during this workshop we focus on the positive effects of yoga on the mindset. Meditation and breathwork has a major impact here.   Hopefully see you there :)
