It is a natural healing therapy which is highly effective in dealing with many health complaints. Foot reflexology can be beneficial in the following ways: reduces stress, relieves tired feet, provides better sleep, brings peace of mind, aids in digestive problems, relief from headaches, improves circulation, increases energy.
